Venue Regulations
Rescheduling fee is due at time of memorandum execution as penalty for holding original date and turning away potential business.
The parties agree that upon agreement and acknowledgement of a revised contract and execution of the new agreed upon event date, the original contract will be considered fulfilled.
If any cash is being exchanged for alcohol such as tickets sold to the public or cash bar, you must obtain a liquor permit from the Town of Parker.
Gallery Floor requires use of preferred catering and bar services. Other rooms require food to come from any licensed establishment such as a restaurant or caterer, alcohol still must come from one of our bar services.
Addtitional $80/hr per 150 guests for off-duty security only on Gallery floor and select Plaza events
All payments must be current at time of memorandum execution.
50% of any remaining balance is due when new event date is identified and contract is updated.
Final balance due 30 days prior to new event date.
If new event is a reduction in cost due to fewer hours or space used, no refunds will be issued.
If new event requires an increase in hours or space, that will be billed at current pricing rate which may be higher than the pricing rate upon original contract.
