By purchasing the Vehicle Vault “Membership Shirt,” you agree to the following Promotion Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Promotion Overview
The Vehicle Vault “Membership Shirt” includes complimentary unlimited general admission access to the Vehicle Vault museum for the promotional period stated below, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Validity Period
This promotion is valid for general admission entry through:
December 31, 2026

Access is not valid beyond this date.

3. Admission Access
The Membership Shirt provides:

• Unlimited visits for general admission during normal public operating hours

• Entry for one (1) individual per shirt purchased
   

This promotion does not include access to specialty ticketed events, private functions, or experiences requiring separate admission.

4. Non-Transferable Use
This promotion is:

• Non-transferable

• Valid only for the original holder

• Not eligible for resale, sharing, or reassignment

Vehicle Vault reserves the right to request identification to confirm eligibility.
Membership is tied to the individual and not the t-shirt. Membership will be verified during each visit by member's contact information and must match their identification.

5. Exclusions
The Membership Shirt promotion does not apply to:

• Specialty ticketed events

• Private event evenings

• Museum buyouts or closures

• Special exhibitions requiring separate admission

• Group tours or third-party ticketed programming
  
   

6. Hours, Closures & Availability
Admission is subject to:

• Museum operating hours

• Holiday schedules

• Private event closures

• Specialty hours or limited-access days

Vehicle Vault makes no guarantee of uninterrupted availability and encourages guests to check current hours before visiting. Vehicles in the collection may change, and there is no guarantee to the amount of vehicles, their conditions, or the availability of certain vehicles.

7. Shirt Requirement & Redemption
To redeem admission, the participant must follow Vehicle Vault’s designated verification process, which may include:

• Proof of purchase

• Registration under purchaser name

• Presentation of confirmation or membership record
   

Physical possession of the shirt alone does not guarantee entry without verification.

8. Refund Policy
The Membership Shirt is a promotional product. All sales are final.

Admission access is not redeemable for cash or credit and cannot be exchanged separately from the shirt purchase.

9. Modification or Termination
Vehicle Vault reserves the right to:

• Modify these Terms & Conditions

• Adjust museum hours or availability

• Discontinue the promotion if necessary
   

Any changes will be communicated through official Vehicle Vault channels.

10. Limitation of Liability
Vehicle Vault is not responsible for losses, costs, or expenses incurred due to closures, schedule changes, or event restrictions.
Admission access is provided as a promotional benefit and is subject to operational needs.
