Service Description
Schedule a private walkthrough of Vehicle Vault to explore our unique event venue and see how the space can be tailored for your event. During your visit, our team will guide you through the gallery floors, event areas, and amenities while discussing layout options, capacity, vendor coordination, and event logistics. Whether you're planning a corporate gathering, private celebration, fundraiser, or brand activation, this walkthrough helps you visualize how your event will come to life inside one of Colorado’s most distinctive venues. You'll also have the opportunity to experience the historic automobile collection up close and ask questions about event packages, pricing, and availability. Walkthroughs are typically scheduled for one hour and are the best way to determine if Vehicle Vault is the right fit for your event.
Cancellation Policy
Event venue walkthroughs are offered as a complimentary service for individuals and organizations actively considering Vehicle Vault for a private event. Walkthroughs are not public museum tours and are intended specifically for clients evaluating the venue for a private event. Tours are limited to one hour and must be scheduled in advance through our booking system. If you need to cancel or reschedule your walkthrough, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in future walkthrough requests being declined. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the walkthrough may be shortened or cancelled due to scheduled events and operational needs. Walkthroughs are intended for prospective event clients only and may be limited during periods of high event activity or private bookings. To ensure a productive visit, we recommend arriving prepared with basic information about your event, including estimated guest count, preferred dates, and event type. Vehicle Vault reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or decline walkthrough requests at its discretion based on event schedule, availability, or operational needs. No food or drinks are allowed during the tour.
